he All
India Bar Examination intended to test an advocate’s ability
to practice the profession of law in India.
The All India Bar Examination shall be
mandatory for all law students graduating from the academic year
2015-2016 onwards. Candidates may apply to appear for the All India
Bar Examination only after enrolling as an advocate under Section 24 of the Advocates
Act, 1961 and will have to submit suitable proof of such enrolment along
with the application form for the All India Bar
Examination.
The first All India Bar Examination was conducted across
the country simultaneously. Candidates were free to choose an examination
centre of their convenience, and will also receive printed preparatory
materials to assist them in preparing for the All India Bar Examination.
The All India Bar Examination will be conducted in
nine languages: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati,
Oriya and English and the preparatory materials provided to each advocate will
be in the language in which they choose to appear for the All India Bar
Examination.
An advocate would have to pay Rs.1950 (Rupees One Thousand
Three Hundred Only) as fees to appear for the All-India
Bar Examination, which amount will include the cost of receiving
preparatory materials. Advocates appearing more than once for the All India Bar
Examination will be required to pay only Rs.700/- for repeat attempts, which
amount shall not include the cost of receiving preparatory materials for the
All India Bar Examination. The application form shall contain details of manner
of payment of the fees for the All India Bar Examination.

Candidates can apply All India Bar Examination 2015 by "Online"
only. The All India Bar Examination (AIBE VIII) is going to be held on
15th March 2015
The Registration Process for AIBE - VIII is open. Candidates
who wish to apply for AIBE VIII need to registrar theme self before applying
online

After successful AIBE Registration you can login
to your accountMode of Application
i) There is only one mode of application i.e. online which can
be accessed by a candidate after registering on the AIBE website by creating a login
account
The Online Application Form can be submitted only
between 20th December and 18th February, 2015 (11:59
p.m.)
The submitted Online Registration Form and other details will
be available and accessible in the login account of the candidate
ii) No copies of the filled in Online Application Form or
uploaded certificates/documents need to be sent to the BCI Office for
candidates applying for AIBE-VII onwards
iii) The Hall-Ticket/Admit Card should be Accessed/Downloaded
by the candidate from the personal login account. The candidate is required to
take the printout of the Hall-Ticket / Admit Card to the Examination Hall.
iv) Candidates applying must visit and carefully read the
instructions given on the following link "Instructions &
Conditions"
v) Incomplete application or application in any mode other than
online or application after the last date and time shall not be entertained. It
shall be the obligation of the candidate to fill the Online Application Form in
a timely manner and the Bar Council of India shall not be responsible for the
shortcomings in the application process under any circumstances
vi) The registration helpline numbers 0120-4253515/16/17/18
would be available from Monday to Saturday from 09.00 AM to 06.00 PM only. Our
executives will help the candidates for any difficulty faced during
registration process. No general queries would be entertained on these numbers.

viii)Candidates are requested to provide their own working
mobile numbers during registration as the OTP (One Time Password) would be sent
to them to complete the registration process. All other general communication
and Result would also be sent on the same registered mobile number. A
mobile number once registered would not be changed. Kindly do not use a single
mobile number for more than one registration.
